When we heard that there was yet another boba store that opened in Flushing, we had to go try it! The store itself is pretty with nice decor and lots of sitting room. The line wasn’t long at all which was surprising since it’s a new store and we only ended up waiting for around 10 mins for our drink.
We got the classic mango pomelo sago smoothie with light ice and 50% sugar. How does this compare to other competitors? I think the quality of toppings is quite good but the base flavor/tea itself is not that great. It’s kind of reminds me of artificial fruit flavors (opposite of HeyTea). The texture is also quite thick. Good thing we got 50% sugar since even that is very sweet. Compared to other options in the area, I’d rank this one pretty low and would probably not come back. Glad we tried it though!
