I recently visited Arirang Hibachi Steakhouse in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, to celebrate my brother’s birthday, and overall, it was a great experience. The atmosphere was lively, and the food was delicious. The hibachi grill show was fun, though I felt there could have been a bit more fire performance to make it more exciting. That said, it was still entertaining and enjoyable.
One thing I really appreciated was the option to dine in a quiet downstairs area, where you could enjoy a peaceful meal without the noise or performance from the hibachi grills. It’s a nice touch for those who want a more relaxed dining experience.
We were seated promptly, and the wait staff was attentive. The drinks were strong, though I wish they were a little larger in size to match the boldness of their flavors. In terms of food, while most of the dishes were great, I found some to be a bit too salty for my taste—though I do tend to prefer less salt in my meals.
The only downside for me was the distance from where I live, but if you’re in the area or don’t mind the travel, it’s definitely worth checking out. I would rate my experience an 8/10. The overall vibe, food quality, and service made it a memorable evening, and I would definitely return....More
