Everyone has been raving about An’s Dry Cleaning in North Park for years but it wasn’t until they opened in Ocean Beach this year that I finally tried it out. An’s is absolutely worth the hype. I believe all three locations have at least similar menus which change out after a few weeks.
Not only are the shops adorably themed, but getting the gelato is also an experience. The lines will take a long time to move (but be patient I promise it’s worth it) because each customer is guided through the flavors with samples and descriptions. All the flavors are very creative and better than any other version I’ve had before. The current menu at AER was created in collaboration with Cesarina, in Point Loma.
I got Loafer (brown butter sage w/ amaretto chocolate) and Vespa Elettrica (zesty lemon sorbet) but all the flavors are amazing.
